Because most people remove his/her spouse's information from the birth certificate after divorce or the death of the spouse, most countries do not accept the translation of the birth certificate, this information is not removed from the celibacy certificate. To prepare this certificate, you must be present in Turkey in person. This certificate cannot be done with a power of attorney.
